Accountabilites
 Inspect, check and attest in his technical field and MRO sector the compliance of products and/or tools
and/or documentation and ensures as well the contract conformity. If applicable prepare inspection
activities and test equipment compliant with inspection plan. Documentation and analysis of test results.
Handle Non conformities. Help to improve quality of processes, tools and product. To coordinate quality
function between different company areas (Production, Engineering, Flight Line…). This position has full
accountability and is in charge of management of concessions, production incidents, flight clearance and
quality function in delivery process.
 Interact as AHE MRO Quality Assurance Representative with Government Quality Assurance Representative
(GQAR’s) as focal point for quality related subjects for products and services. Accountable for assuring flow
down of contract and national law requirements (coming from customers and authorities) into company
Quality Management System (QMS).
 MRO Quality is accountable to issue and get GQAR co-signature of Helicopter Certificate of Conformity and
associated documentation, what allow the delivery to customer.

Main activities
 Control of the activity of workshop maintenance technicians, from the assistant to the supervisors. To do
this, the jobholder must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance
according to the profile of MRO Quality Inspector according to the procedure “EI077 18-002 Evaluation of
competences and training of military maintenance staff.”
 The jobholder performs the safety inspection prior to the test flights. Manage the warning and waiting
points that GQAR establishes. Without the acceptance of these waiting points, MRO can’t continue with
maintenance works.
 The jobholder analyzes the content of the compliance of the work documentation that is released to the
workshop according to the quality plan of the contract, the work request, the updated formats, the
updated approved manuals and the registration of the tasks by all the personnel intervenes.
 The jobholder verifies the most important tasks of the maintenance process that may affect flight safety or
that have been the origin of errors in previous processes (Q points).
 The jobholder denounces violations of the AHE quality system by issuing a quality report.

 The jobholder evaluates the performance of the quality delegations to the Production staff and coordinates
their intervention in the maintenance processes.
 The jobholder is responsible for the validation of technical documentation masters.


OUTPUTS
 The jobholder will deliver documentation to GQAR to ensure compliance with the quality assurance plan.
This process requires coordination and management between different Airbus, Military Authorities and
customer areas. These documents are mandatory to deliver the main components and helicopters to
customers.
 The jobholder assures that certification of MRO activities have been performed according to the agreed
standards (traceability as planned /as run).
