We’re looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support our Material Management function. You’ll be the go-to person for suppliers and customers, resolve issues before they escalate, and keep everything on track—from documentation and SAP updates to customs processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate daily operations within a designated product area

Be the main contact for suppliers and customers, ensuring clear communication

Spot and escalate commercial or supply risks early

Keep systems and admin up to date (SAP, databases, files)

Support customs clearance and compliance activities

Build strong internal and external relationships

Drive improvements and contribute to team targets

Confident with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Understanding of procurement and compliance policies
