None/Not RequiredCollins Aerospace is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily materials and logistics operations supporting manufacturing and distribution activities. In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound logistics processes, manage inventory and material flow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and operational performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, carriers, suppliers, and production organizations, you will ensure materials are available when needed and logistics operations are executed efficiently.

This position is based at our Santa Isabel, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise inbound and outbound logistics operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics and support employees through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Monitor material flow, pre-alerts, and hot deliveries to ensure timely processing and uninterrupted production.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliveries and resolve logistics issues.
- Manage inventory accuracy and implement material presentation strategies to support kitting and manufacturing operations.
- Optimize warehouse layouts, delivery schedules, and space utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
- Support supplier integration strategies and drive process improvements using Lean, ACE, CORE, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
- Develop and communicate logistics metrics, productivity measures, and operational performance indicators to leadership.
- Maintain staffing schedules and payroll records to ensure adequate operational coverage.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, import/export requirements, and domestic and international shipping regulations while implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional or educational experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and material flow processes.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and domestic and international shipping requirements.
- Experience supporting supplier integration strategies such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), third-party logistics (3PL), or superspanet systems.
- Familiarity with packaging optimization and material presentation concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret logistics metrics and operational data.
- Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
