Vista America, a central player in the aviation industry, operating the Vista Members’ fleet in the U.S., is currently looking for a Maintenance Contract Manager- Hybrid to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is hybrid, working three days in the office and two days remotely. The position is crucial for maintaining and optimizing our financial and maintenance contracts, ensuring operational excellence in service to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout.
- Organize and maintain contract files and databases, guaranteeing easy access and seamless management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve disputes, manage purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate effectively with Legal, Procurement, and Operations to synchronize contract notifications and actions.
- Negotiate contracts with the support of internal stakeholders, preparing and reviewing terms to align with company and end-user needs.
- Ensure all contracts meet regulatory requirements and company standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Required Experience, Qualifications, and Education:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field, or has equivalent experience.
- Brings at least 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Has a thorough understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Applications.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and data protection.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $88,000. Hybrid role working three days in our Columbus office and two days remotely.
