We will entrust you to Supervision of Maintenance Control Center function
In collaboration with the Digital Integration team, develop Maintenance Control Center (MCC) procedures related to the implementation of the AMOS
Ensure the training and development of MCC staff
Ensure that MCC is working in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulatory requirements
Perform competence assessment and performance evaluation of MCC staff
Provide time keeper activities and work time scheduling to ensure continuous MCC operation
Coordinate technical approvals with original equipment manufacturers
Keep flight Operations Control Center (OCC) informed about any maintenance activities and technical issues that may cause flight interruptions
What you will need to succeed Engineering degree from mechanical, electrical or avionics studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft
Good communication, organization skills and positive attitude
Practical experience on a/c maintenance
At least 3 years of managerial experience and 2 years’ experience in aircraft continuing airworthiness environment
Ability to teach, motivate and manage staff to achieve operational goals and high standards
