Maintenance Supervisor M/F

Job Description:

Main Function Responsibilities and Activities Lead the L2 QRQC in your area along with S,Q,C,D,P & I indicators with team and maintain the team performance within target.Prepare the preventive maintanence plan with adherence to plan and promote condition based and predictive maintanenceEnsure 100 availability of the machines provided to different areas of operationsMonitor and analyze the KPI (OEE, Availability, MTBF, MTTR, Preventive maintanence execution)Lead the trouble shooting and consider breakdowns historical data to ensure the breakdown are not recurring with RCA methodologiesReview internal SOP for the preventive maintanence and propose improvements in plan to minimize the downtimePerform the criticality assessment of the machines as per Safran standardsTo monitor and follow the workload capacity of critical equipmentStream line spare parts inventory management and keep the up to date track of inventoryRationalize intervention needs and optimize efficiency to keep the maintanence cost at minimal.Ensure the skill matrix is updated for the team and keep a check on the team capacity and access the critical skills with action planTrain and support maintanence teams & enforce maintanence standardsPrepare the budget needed for the department in terms of OPEX and CAPEX and keep the budget within control.Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable for the teams using risk assessment methodology.Ensure the target maturity level is achieved as per OSR (One Safran Referential) standard for maintanence.Perform and organize the GEMBA walks along with the team and promote and demonstrate the continuous improvement mindset.Stay up to date with technical and regulatory developments and have good knowledge on maintenance standards (EN13306 & ISO15341).Oversee mandatory inspections and safety maintanence plansApply methodologies such as Lean management, RCA and FMEA.Keep an up to date track of parts obsolescence and propose solutions in co-oridnation with central teams.Contribute to investment projects (CAPEX) working with project managers.Ensure compliance of data in the CMMSEnsure the integration of machines and equipments as per Safran requirements.HSE regulations and compliance of machines, processes and products

Job Requirements:

• MS Office proficiency • Good knowledge of Excel • Basic problem solving tools such as: Fishbone, 5 Why's, etc. • Fluent English writing and speaking proficiency Work under pressure • Self-motivation • Team player QS Metro system • Inventory management • FAI knowledge • SPC, ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 17025 knowledge
