The successful candidate will be a charismatic leader with robust communication and problem-solving skills. You will work a flexible schedule, providing coverage to ensure effective oversight during shift operations. Availability for occasional weekend hours is necessary.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the Site Supervisor and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight schedule, ensuring they are conducted in the safest manner possible. The supervisor will have oversight over all aspects of maintenance operations, including program quality, logistics, training, analysis, and metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact with GGFR and the contract on detachment.

- Oversee workforce in executing principles, standards, and techniques of operations, QA, GOP, aircraft maintenance, and contract requirements.

- Ensure compliance with federal, DOD, state, and local regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance and environmental protection.

- Implement strategies and metrics to track performance and apply countermeasure diagnostic tools to address gaps.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 combined years of Aviation Operations Management experience in QA, ES&H, contracts, and/or Maintenance.

- Minimum 3 years of aviation QA management.

- Minimum 3 years of aviation ES&H management.

- Minimum 3 years of aviation maintenance management.

- 3 years SCA contract experience preferred.

- B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related degree or equivalent job experience.

- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret Level Security Clearance.

- Valid driver’s license and US Passport.

- Proficient with office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).

- Willingness to work alternate shift schedules when necessary, including weekends and holidays.

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

- Up to 50 travel required.

Performance Standards:

- Set and model standards, demonstrating leadership.

- Prioritize and schedule assignments.

- Monitor program performance and take appropriate action.

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Maintain and update records accurately.

- Produce quality products and services.

- Represent Amentum with professional standards of dress, hygiene, and conduct.
