Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the efficient, profitable, and cost-effective operation of workshops under direct charge to meet maintenance and financial objectives.
• Ensure effective deployment and utilization of production resources to achieve assigned and projected maintenance and profit targets.
• Oversee maintenance works on customer aircraft, ensuring compliance with airworthiness requirements, regulatory standards, company policies, and quality guidelines.
• Implement and enforce divisional procedures, processes, and measures related to aircraft maintenance within the workshop facility.
• Supervise Workshop Authorization Holders (AHs), Workshop Technicians, and Trainees to ensure they adhere to company policies, guidelines, and their respective terms of reference.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
