Job overview and responsibilities
As a Manager on the Customer Insights & Analytics team, you will influence a multi-phased insights and analytics strategy that supports a continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, driving action and monitoring customer feedback.
This role requires an individual with a passion for customers, excellent analytical abilities, and strong business acumen. The role requires leading a team and using data to influence internal and external stakeholders to make key strategic business decisions.
We are seeking creative, driven and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights.
- Effectively manage a team to help ensure that all engagements are delivered at or above stakeholder expectations.
- Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and models; leverages data for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
- Identify issues, create hypotheses, and translate data into meaningful insights; present recommendations to key decision makers.
- Accountable for the development and maintenance of reports, analyses, dashboards to drive key business decisions
- Build predictive models and analyze results for dissemination of insight to leadership of the numerous operations groups at United
- Prepare presentations that summarize data and help facilitate decision-making for business partners and senior leadership team.
