Position Title: Manager Financial Planning and Analysis - Loyalty
Position Summary
The Manager Financial Planning and Analysis supports leadership in near and long term financial planning, reporting and modeling of various initiatives for the Loyalty Commercial team. The Manager is responsible for overseeing staff that support with financial modeling and delivering key processes including developing presentations for crewmembers, senior management, and the Executive Leadership Team. The Manager also assists with other ad hoc analysis as requested.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and sound business decision support to leaders through proper financial analysis, collaboration and good thinking
- Identify and implement cost saving opportunities
- Promote communication and collaboration between the Loyalty Commercial team and other workgroups (namely accounting and IT)
- Instill ownership and ensure accountability amongst operational leadership through education and awareness
- Create education/awareness and facilitate the utilization of our corporate policies and procedures
- Partner in creating and maintaining rolling 36 month and 5/10 year forecasts
- Own Loyalty profit & loss (P&L) statements and monthly reporting
- Analyze Loyalty revenue and redemption trends
- Perform ad hoc analysis requested by senior management
- Take a significant role in the development of crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, goal achievement and development
- Partner in creating and maintaining short and long-term forecasts
- Other duties as assigned
