Skills You Bring to This Role:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum 10 years experience in manufacturing and/or relative supervisory experience in an aerospace/manufacturing industry is required.
· Proven ability to lead and effectively manage both salaried engineers and union personnel, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Inquisitive and driven individual with a passion for innovation and leadership.
· Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement
· Extensive knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, including process planning and optimization.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and adapt to dynamic operational environments.
· Maintain effective relationships with site leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams, including Engineering/Manufacturing/Quality Groups and be a skilled communicator capable of championing a cause and building collaboration for improvement initiatives.
· Work in partnership with Planning Parts Processes team to execute part producibility assessments, implement policies and procedures, apply digital resources and deploy training on new systems.
· Experience with GD&T/Aerospace tolerances and CAD/CAM tools, ensuring technical accuracy in planning outputs is preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards to meet organizational objectives.
