• A strategic real estate and infrastructure leader with a degree in architecture, engineering, or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in complex, regulated environments (aviation, infrastructure, corporate real estate).
• Proven success delivering workplace and infrastructure projects at scale.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, including Brussels Airport and public authorities.
• Strong grasp of FIDIC, permitting, and legal construction frameworks.
• Fluent in English, with working proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
