In this role, you will serve as the designated leader for Flight Safety and the Safety Management System (SMS), working directly with executive leadership to maintain and continuously enhance a world-class aviation safety program. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and resilient flight operations across our managed fleet.
This is an on-site position based in Dallas, Texas and is not a remote or hybrid role.

Your Role
As Manager of Flight Safety, you will be the Company’s primary safety authority for our FAA Part 135 air carrier, responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of our Safety Management System (SMS).
This is not an OSHA or EHS position. The role is focused exclusively on flight operations, aircraft maintenance safety oversight, regulatory compliance, and aviation safety risk management within a business aviation environment.
You will operate with independence and authority, reporting directly to the President & CEO, and partnering closely with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and senior leadership.

Compensation:
$110,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience in Part 135 aviation safety, plus a competitive benefits package.
