Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 6 years of progressively responsible related HR experience to include 1 year experience managing professional level employees or project and/or program management.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for managing and promoting positive workforce relations within the company. Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that support positive workforce relations, influencing employee engagement programs, and providing guidance to managers and employees on workforce relations issues.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to positive workforce relations .
  2. Influence employee engagement programs and initiatives .
  3. Provide guidance to managers and employees on workforce relations issues .
  4. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes .
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies .
  6. Act as a liaison between management and employees, building and maintaining positive relationships .
  7. Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on positive workforce relations policies and procedures .
  8. Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture .

Perform other duties as assigned.
