As a full-time employee of Contour Airlines, you are eligible for the following benefits and programs:
Insurance
- Health, vision, and dental insurance, plus short/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance (effective the first day of the month following your hire date)

- Eligibility begins the first day of the month following your hire date.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments
- Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Design and implement cycle counting process
- Organize rebalancing of inventory at bases, as required
- Design and Implement Tooling and Calibration program
- Maintain shelf-life program ensuring total compliance
- Recruit and train new employees
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Must understand, read, and write English.
- Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities.
- Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Must have experience and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related software.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience in an aviation discipline.
- Prior leadership experience and/or role in business management
- Prior experience with an inventory role
