Position Overview: A strategic and results-driven individual who will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and capabilities with a focus on account-based marketing, omni-channel engagement, and marketing qualified lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in after-market service, aviation, or a similar industry, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) to target key accounts and high-value prospects.
  • Enable the implementation of omni-channel marketing campaigns that deliver personalized and cohesive experiences across multiple touchpoints, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify target accounts, understand buyer personas, and develop tailored messaging and content to engage prospects throughout the buyers journey.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and nurture marketing qualified leads (MQLs), leveraging marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track lead activity and optimize conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the after-market services industry.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting approaches as needed to drive results.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and industry partners to support marketing initiatives and expand reach in target markets.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, best practices, and industry developments in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 9+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development, execution, and optimization.
  • Proven experience in account-based marketing, omni-channel strategy, and marketing qualified lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and other digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in after-market service, aviation, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.  Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Average Pay Summary: $126,650 - $171,350
