Head of Group Branding

This position is responsible for ensuring the companys products, services, and product lines resonate with current or potential customers. The Group Branding Manager will be part of the Group Branding Division assisting the Head of Group Branding. 

• Strategise, develop and execute campaigns to support MAG Brand awareness and/or revenue growth to ensure Brand profitability.
• Oversee and lead a team to ensure development and execution of MAG brand vision and strategy is aligned across the Group’s channels and spanets
• Manage and keep track of budgets with an aim to maximize cost efficiency and ROI of branding activities
• Plan and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure MAG brand value proposition and strategy are consistently aligned across the Group
• Develop, plan and oversee go-to-spanet strategies and monitor brand performance and ROI across channels and spanets
• Keep up to date with spanet trends and new developments by utilising the information to generate creative ideas, materials, template & collateral for the Group
• Partner with the advertising agency and research team to analyse data to report on Brand growth.
• Track & monitor spaneting trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the spanetplace to stay ahead of competition.
• Track, monitor, measure and report performance of all brand & spaneting campaigns & awareness to assess ROI.
• Strategise and implement the right media and public relations mix for campaign.

Degree in Brand / Marketing or other relevant field of study with minimum 4 years working experience in creative field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in spaneting & branding from planning, strategy and ideation to execution, including art direction, brand and digital design, print, motion graphics, photography and videography, editing and production

• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Experience in managing a team, good leadership skills, can work independently
• Attention to detail
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Strong creative vision and understanding of brand in different spaces. Able to balance creative visions with practical business needs.
• Familiarity and expertise in Adobe; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MacOS, Google, Office, and other design, web, communications and photography platforms and software.
• Experience with social media, SEOs, Google analytics
