• This job is responsible for leading the Treasury Services team and will cover functions such as Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate risk management, Working Capital, Trade Finance and Treasury Systems.  
• The role is a part of the Global Banking and Treasury Services team within our Treasury group.

• Manage all working capital facilities and programs, including A/R securitization, Supply Chain Finance and Dynamic Discounting
• Partner with various internal and external stakeholders on Working Capital Optimization initiatives
• Oversee the Trade Finance function, including the management of the global Letters of Credit portfolio
• Lead Interest Rate risk management and exposure analysis, including quarterly reporting to SVP/Treasurer and CFO
• Lead Foreign Exchange (FX) Risk Management and exposure analysis, including reporting in support of quarterly financial statements and disclosures 
• Oversee International Cash Management, including forecasting of foreign currency inflows and outflows, required weekly funding and repatriation, overseeing locally executed FX spot trades, and supporting required FX rates for Accounting
• Drive implementation of new services on bank accounts as required, including balance reporting and payment integration into the Treasury Management System (“TMS”)
• Support the Global Banking function as needed, including opening and closing of international and domestic bank accounts
• Assist Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, in bank group relationship management
• Collaborate with Director, Global Banking and Treasury Services, to ensure the full optimization of the new Treasury Management System (“TMS”) with a focus on increasing and maintaining automation capabilities provided by the tool, capturing institutional knowledge through documentation of existing and new practices / procedures, and maintaining strong risk management and controls.
• Other ad hoc exercises as assigned

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 5 years experience across treasury and/or banking industries
• 3 years of experience in leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• MBA

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred
• Experience with Bloomberg preferred
• Demonstrated experience with Treasury Workstations, such as Kyriba, Quantum, GTreasury, or similar
• Demonstrated experience delivering presentations to executive-level management 
• Strong understanding of working capital optimization, trade finance, FX risk management and interest rate risk management
