We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bells High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next generation stop-fold aircraft.

Manufacturing Systems
The Manufacturing Execution System - Project Manager will coordinate multi-discipline efforts as part of a company-wide digital transformation campaign. The campaign handles integration of new business operations systems as well as controlled decommissioning of legacy systems.
The Project Manager will work closely with engineering, operations, information technology, and finance teams to properly define enterprise software development and integration projects, to track progression of those projects, and inform status to all stakeholders throughout the business, including program management for development and production aircraft programs.
The Project Manager will ensure business capability to execute according to industry standards for critical safety item management. Prime candidates for this role enjoy being on the move, are talented at developing professional relationships, and have high business acumen.
What you’ll be doing as a Manufacturing Execution System - Project Manager
• Develop and manage the overall master schedule for the enterprise-wide implementation of Bell’s new manufacturing planning and execution system, which includes but is not limited to SAP’s PEO and QM modules.
• Lead project-wide scrum master duties including facilitation, focusing multi-department teams on time-boxed iteration called sprints, acting as a coach to the team, removing blockers and ensuring we attain project scope and schedule
• Lead and manage the development and maintenance of project plans in coordination with each Manufacturing Center (ie. DSC, RSC, ACC, AMA, WAC, TIM, MIR and AMC) IT, EDS and IBP departments.
• Perform immediate assessment to identify and understand software gaps that are currently impacting FLRAA manufacturing schedules.
• The role will work with end-users to document as-is and future enterprise business processes to streamline existing business processes prior to enhancing the software to support the business.
• Develop and manage enterprise best practices to support ongoing sustainable enterprise transformation management
• Be a voice of broad business and set functional priorities in collaboration with Information Technology
• Align enterprise operational necessities with program contractual obligations concerning supplier management and audit compliance
• Plan and schedule the delivery of training with senior and middle management from each of the affected departments, to ensure successful deployment of new tools and processes.
