What You Will Be Doing
The Manufacturing Planning Supervisor:
• Accountable for Managing a workforce comprised of hourly/represented employees tasked to ensure that LM-Aero Marietta provides for the timely and proper packaging, preservation, marking and handling of classified, unclassified, HAZ-MAT, serviceable and repairable property shipments to their applicable customers in accordance with commercial and/or military specification as well as domestic and international regulations.
• Administers and executes policies and procedures that affect individual subordinate employees.
• Responsible to ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules and work plans.
• Develops work assignments and assesses performance.
• Ability to collaborate with Program leadership and develop cost effective solutions.
• Must be compliance and results driven and understand the financial impacts of decisions and performance of the team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience Leading.
• Experience &/or an understanding of supply chain design &/or execution practices.
Desired Skills:
• Green Belt certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Must be a US Citizen
• Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Policies, Procedures and Regulations
• Knowledge of Warehouse and Shipping Policies and Procedures
• Prior management of employees in a unionized shipping or manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience.
• Experience extracting data sets to analyze data for decision making and development of metrics and tracking tools for reporting and managing processes.
• An understanding of working with 3rd Party Vendors in support of duty execution.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze data, establish and drive resolution and escalate information appropriately.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
