Job Summary
The ACAA’s Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to develop and to project manage implementation of comprehensive brand and marketing strategies for Pittsburgh International Airport and Allegheny County Airport. The candidate will support all strategic brand and marketing functions to increase the following: awareness of the airports locally, nationally and internationally; consumer knowledge of the ACAA, PIT and ACG brands; consumer awareness of the vast PIT ecosystem; passenger traffic; and airport revenue across airline partners, concessions, parking and real estate.
Here is how the Marketing Manager will help:
- Manage short and long-term brand and marketing plans to support the advancement of ACAA’s airports locally, nationally and internationally via both business to business and business to consumer strategies;
- Manage integrated marketing strategies and plans that include advertising campaigns, social media, web content, events, and internal & external communications, owned channel execution, channel marketing, marketing communication activities, and trade show participation;
- Manage brand consistency on across all platforms and materials;
- Manage existing brand and marketing partnership deliverables, while also assessing new partnership opportunities in market;
- Manage creation of all airport-owned in-terminal and on-property channels and signage, including electronic terminal displays and parking signage;
- Manage marketing and advertising programs/campaigns for airport programs, including air service, concessions, parking services, ‘art in the airport’ and real estate;
- Manage all marketing efforts, communicating effectively across all levels/stakeholders to ensure consistent application of brand and messaging;
- Manage short and long-term goals and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing, branding and customer service programs;
- Manage media channel mix, measuring for increasing and optimal performance;
- Manage marketing budget;
- Perform other related tasks as assigned or required.

Qualifications
The following requirements list the minimum education/training/experience required to qualify for this job. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
Requirements to apply for the role of Marketing Manager are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- Eight (8) years progressive experience in marketing with at least two (2) years experience in project management
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering marketing strategies and marketing for a company with multiple product lines and a consumer orientation
- Experience creating and managing operational budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and software
- Possess, or obtain prior to employment a valid Pennsylvania Class C driver’s license. Note: license must be maintained throughout employment
