We are looking for a Marketing Program Management Specialist to drive cross-functional program management for strategic marketing initiatives. Under the direction of our Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Program Management Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of strategic marketing projects, including our annual C-level customer summit, launches, and internal communications for the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, paired with strong organizational and communication skills. As the Marketing Program Management, you will be part of a team driving effective cross-function collaboration in planning and execution of complex, strategic marketing projects aligned to the business overall strategy. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops, organizes and executes programs in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
  • Creates and manages long-term goals for cross-functional programs
  • Develops budget and operating plans for assigned programs
  • Devises and leverages evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement; implements feedback in future programs
  • Communicates program goals to stakeholders and ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance; as needed, implements and manages changes to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Implements management operating system (MOS) with stakeholders to ensure effective program communication and decision making; refines as necessary
  • Provides accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle, including analyzing and mitigating program risks
  • Implements and optimizes business processes to create scale for HCE and Honeywell Forge (e.g., marketing playbooks, standardized tools and KPIs, etc.)
  • Enables and accelerates the adoption of strategic initiatives and business processes, by leveraging best practices for change management and organization behavior (e.g., internal communications, enablement, training, etc.)
  • Wins with commercial leadership by increasing cross-functional focus on and execution of HCE LT key initiatives (e.g., Honeywell Connect, NPI launches, Sales Excellence, etc.) 

 

 

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience
  • Program/project management experience
  • Microsoft Office experience

  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles
  • Ability to prioritize projects
