We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Shop Supervisor to join our dynamic Aircraft Disassembly team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and deep technical mechanical expertise. In this fast-paced environment, every day presents new challenges as you oversee disassembly operations, guide mechanics, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.

Schedule: Monday – Friday /Fixed hours/Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Aircraft Disassembly Mechanics, maintaining high morale, productivity, and quality.
• Ensure all aircraft disassembly activities are performed safely and in compliance with company standards.
• Mentor and train mechanics on best mechanical practices and quality processes.
• Oversee daily operations within the Aircraft Disassembly Department.
• Manage priorities for incoming aircraft disassembly projects, part-removal requests, and planned parts processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising mechanics.
• A&P Mechanic experience required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, proper tool use, and safe work practices.
