Responsibilities
The Manager II, PRM, will lead a team of revenue management analysts in achieving Spirit’s revenue goals by executing revenue-maximizing inventory and yield management strategies. This position will drive forward several complex initiatives and require oversight of decisions made at the analyst level.
- Develop and manage inventory/yield management strategies throughout the system to drive revenue performance.
- Oversee analyst decision-making, develop understanding, and drive forward best revenue results.
- Clearly communicate Spirit’s RM strategy to senior management and maintain a deep and accurate understanding of competitive response and internal performance.
- Partner with other managers to drive PRM’s efforts in creating an analytical, data-driven organization.
- Actively refine and optimize current reporting structures to enhance efficiency within the department
- Work with analysts and management to build and improve revenue management systems.
- Provide regular and ad hoc market performance analysis.
- Work with other leaders on the PRM team to enact cohesive revenue-generating strategies.
- Analyze market dynamics, performance trends, and market opportunities.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving issues around yield management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years in marketing, pricing, or revenue management.
- Strategic understanding of social listening and experience interpreting data to deliver insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lead and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- General Population – Low Activity Lifting Requirements: Seldom lift up to 10 lbs, such as small office supplies or documents. Pushing/Pulling: Seldom pushing/pulling of light items within the workspace. Standing/Sitting Requirements: Primarily seated work, with occasional standing for brief tasks. Bending/Kneeling/Reaching: Occasional reaching within arm’s length to retrieve materials. Coordination: Basic manual coordination for standard office tasks (e.g., typing, using office equipment). Vision/Auditory Requirements: Clear vision for reading documents and screens; clear hearing for standard communication. Environmental Conditions: Indoor, climate-controlled environment. Safety Equipment: None required.
