In this Challenging Role
In this role, you will lead and oversee multiple functional areas within electrical fabrication, sub-assembly, junction modules, overhead equipment, and interconnect harness assemblies. You will play a key role in managing production operations, driving efficiency, and leading a represented workforce to meet cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience supervising a represented workforce in an electrical/electronics manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of electrical fabrication, sub-assembly, &/or interconnect harness assembly processes.

• Experience analyzing and resolving technical and personnel issues.
Desired Skills:
• Ability to manage workforce scheduling, performance assessments, and training programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing manufacturing operations in an aerospace or defense environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and production optimization.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and safety regulations.
• Ability to develop and track performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production planning tools.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
