Lead and manage the bid preparation from strategy meeting to final validation, before submission to customer by Sales.

Plan and lead the bid project and the bid team, including coordination of partners, on all commercial (e.g. price, risks, T&Cs) aspects.

Ensure compliance check and export applications which need to be processed in parallel to the bid preparation.

Prepare the required assumptions and constraints (e.g. pricing and associated cost drivers, as appropriate).

Ensure that the bid is validated by appropriate committees.

Support the sales Manager on the commercial contract negotiations, with emphasis on contract terms and conditions supported by Finance, Legal, and other specialist functions, compliant with internal and external rules and financial objectives.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
