**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The team will augment services provided by Air Force military personnel to modify, maintain, inspect, control corrosion, overhaul, repair, regenerate and store various weapon systems, related components, missiles, engines, ground support equipment and vehicles.
DUTIES:
- Must be capable and qualified to perform the duties and responsibilities of all task order supervisory requirements. To ensure that each task order is provided with on-site supervision that can adequately perform these supervisory duties
- Responsible for timely completion of tasks assigned to their personnel In Accordance With (IAW) appropriate planning and scheduling and technical documents.
- Responsible for ensuring that there is supervision or work lead support in each work area for daily work assignments and that Contractor employees are available for work daily.
- Responsible for handling emergency time off for and notifying the customer daily of any manpower shortages to allow a shift in workload as appropriate.
- Responsible for the reporting of any accident or incident involving Contractor personnel IAW section 5.3 and Appendix C of this SOW and the Contractors Safety Program Plan (CDRL A005).
- Receive work assignments from Government supervision/leads and delegated to contractor personnel according to skillset and ensure contract employees are certified and/or trained for assigned work. The Contractors on-site supervisor or work leads shall provide assignment of duties no-later-than 15 minutes after the daily shift stand-up.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least 6 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in the skill categories they will be supervising or a related field and at least 1 year of experience directly supervising or leading personnel in a Government Contractor, Military, or Civil Service maintenance capacity
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:
A. Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day.
B. Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.
C. Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
D. May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
E. May be required to see aircraft in flight, read dials/gauges, identify small objects and hand tools.
F. Must be able to see imperfections, micrometer readings and other small scales.
G. Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
H. Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
I. May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, fork lift, APU, etc.
