We are seeking an Equipment Execution Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of critical operational assets, ensuring efficient acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and risk management. This role is responsible for optimizing equipment performance, standardization, compliance, and training, while implementing strategic initiatives to maximize asset utilization and minimize downtime.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute lifecycle planning strategies, coordinate preventive maintenance programs, and ensure alignment between technical specifications, training, and operational needs. Additionally, they will lead contingency planning efforts, emergency response preparedness, and event-specific equipment strategies to ensure seamless operations under all conditions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with expertise in asset management, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness within a high-performance environment.
- Oversee the acquisition and deployment of critical operational assets (e.g., fuel trucks, tugs).
- Develop lifecycle planning strategies, including standardization of brands, training, and maintenance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset usage, uptime, and reliability.
- Manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Implement quality control measures for maintenance checks and compliance verification.
- Oversee repair, overhaul, retirement, and redeployment strategies to optimize asset longevity.
- Ensure technical specifications align with training programs for proper asset usage and maintenance.
- Develop and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with OEMs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including manuals, training modules, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Lead contingency planning efforts for asset-related disruptions and emergencies.
- Develop and execute spare asset strategies to ensure operational continuity during critical events.
- Oversee emergency response planning, ensuring rapid deployment of resources when needed.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in equipment management, maintenance oversight, or asset lifecycle planning.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, compliance standards, and operational asset utilization.
