We will entrust you to Provide inspired leadership within the airBaltic Operational Control Center (OCC), upholding to our brand values and overall standards
Oversee and coordinate all operational activities, ensuring efficient performance of OCC agents throughout the shift
Make strategic and precise decisions in handling irregularities to maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and punctuality while optimizing financial outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, airline policies, and safety management system standards, recommending updates if necessary
Identify operational challenges and opportunities, reporting them to the Direct Supervisor for resolution
Act as a member of the Emergency Response Organization (ERO) and Special Assistance team, ensuring safety and well-being of passengers and crew
Cover for Flight Coordinators (FOC) when needed, ensuring uninterrupted operational continuity
What you will need to succeed Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics
At least 3 years of experience in airline industry
Excellent skills in aviation operations management and service provision
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Latvian and English; fluency in other languages will be considered advantage
A combination of strategic, operational, and commercial thinking
Ability to manage conflicts, solve problems proactively, and make independent decisions
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong internal and external relationships
Experience in crisis management and ability to execute contingency plans effectively
