We are seeking a qualified Operations Manager for a long-term opportunity in Portland, focusing on aviation service centers. This permanent role is ideal for individuals pursuing a stable career in the aviation industry, specifically within corporate aircraft maintenance.

• Oversee service center maintenance operations, spending 50 of the time on the floor and 50 in the office.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance work without direct wrenching.
• Coordinate team schedules and update the General Manager and Vice President of Maintenance.
• Manage the service center shop consisting of 17 mechanics across three shifts.
• Utilize knowledge of corporate aircraft maintenance practices and shop structure to ensure efficient operations.

• A&P License
• 1+ years of experience as a Lead A&P Mechanic or higher in a large-cabin corporate Service Center environment.
• Eligible for FAA safety-sensitive hire.

• Experience at a lead level or higher in a large corporate service center (Dassault, Bombardier, Embraer, Duncan, Textron, etc.) is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
