Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the responsibility of representing the business in our established public private partnership with the United States Government while delivering within the safety, quality, delivery, cost (SQDC) hierarchy.  In addition, the Business Leader will:

  • Demonstrate servant leadership across all levels of the organization, foster an atmosphere of problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor implementation of the lean management system including strategy, value stream activities, daily management, and architecture/infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate Leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for identified business unit(s)/areas
  • Promote employee engagement and professional growth through timely performance feedback, coaching, and counseling

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations Management
  • This role requires use of technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions and this posting is only for U.S. Citizens.  GE will require proof of status prior to employment.

  • Prior Management / Supervisory experience in an operation / production environment
  • Experience executing to/managing military contracts

The base pay range for this position is $128100-213500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on 4/16/2024.
