What you will need to be successful in this role:
Must have a combination of management ability, leadership qualities, and be customer oriented.
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Must have a high school diploma, undergraduate college degree preferred.
Must have at least 15 years’ aircraft maintenance experience, with at least 10 years of experience in managing multiple aircraft maintenance programs and complex aircraft modifications.
Must have at least 7 years of management experience.
Must have FAA Airframe and Powerplant Licenses
Must possess effective oral and written communication skills, including good public speaking abilities.

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,690.03 to $114,354.98 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
