Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily facility operations, including task assignment, inspections, work order management, and inventory control.
- Lead leadership meetings to communicate business updates, drive strategic planning, and identify opportunities to increase productivity and revenue.
- Develop and retain high-performing teams by fostering a positive work environment, overseeing training programs, and managing recruitment efforts as needed.
- Analyze production and operational reports, resolving issues related to operations, warehousing, and maintenance to minimize costs and avoid delays.
- Establish and maintain production and quality standards, improve efficiency, implement cost controls, and ensure full compliance with FAA 145 regulations.
- Manage a small shop environment, overseeing a team of 5–7 employees.
- Report directly to the owner, providing daily updates and participating in regular meetings.
