Job Summary:
The Order Management Specialist within Customer Service is responsible for providing a strong back-office support and work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure a high-level customer service from receiving the orders till the payment of invoices.
The position requires little supervision and requires independent action and initiative within assigned areas of responsibility across multiple accounts.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the customer order cycle process: this includes, but is not limited to registration of new customers, metal buying, order entry, scheduling, pricing, status checks, expediting, releasing shipment.
- Identify and resolve related problems by involving the plant, spaneting and credit department.
- Execute on capacity reservation requests.
- Data validation- Administrative accuracy of customer PO‘s –verifying customer purchase orders .
- Compile information for maintaining and distributing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Cooperate with other team members to eliminate waste by continually looking for Develop and maintain queries and other reports as required.
You have: (required)
- At least high school degree
- Minimum 1 years of experience in administrative area
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in use of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ of experience in Customer Service;
- Experience in aluminum industry is advantageous;
- Knowledge of another European language;
- Precise and detailed-oriented work-style;
- Good organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
- Good interpersonal and team working skills;
- Ability to work in international environment.
