Job Description:

Order Management is responsible for directly assisting the the Sales and Program Management teams in executing purchase orders and contracts that are placed on to L3Harris. The role is responsible for loading demand against the factory, preparing all shipping documentation and coordinating the creation of payment documentation. Order Management process all credits for returns of equipment. The role is also responsible for the shipment of temporary exports for the purpose of demonstrating the functionality L3Harris has to offer assisting the Sales team in closing out pursuits.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for directing and coordinating the processing of repair orders.
• Responsible for determining if internal organization can meet customer requirements.
• Independently reviews Request for Proposal/Request for Quotation (RFP/RFQs) to determine ultimate end-user compliance with export regulations and pricing policy.
• Reviews Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to determine legal compliance in the areas of quality, payment terms, price, delivery, and packaging for contracts.
• May act on the companys behalf to sign contracts binding the company.
• Works directly with customers to determine delivery requirements.
• Negotiates with Manufacturing, Sales, and the customer to prioritize repairs.
• Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate resolution to questions.
• Influences and/or resolves production and shipping schedules and invoicing problems; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship.
• Determines validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources.
• May negotiate with the external customer for non-compliance to contract.
• Issues RMAs (Return Material Authorizations).

Qualifications:

• Requires practical knowledge of job area.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience with Excel; pivot tables, vlookups, etc
• Experience with Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro encouraged.
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Works well within a team and works well with multiple teams simultaneously.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $47,000 - $87,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
