We're seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor – Level 5 to oversee outgoing aviation material, ensuring all shipments and related documentation meet customer requirements and comply with DASI’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for supervising outbound inspection processes, supporting team development, and maintaining strict adherence to aviation quality and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, aviation warehouse or MRO knowledge, and a deep understanding of aircraft parts documentation and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Perform visual inspections of all outgoing aircraft parts and materials, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality procedures
- Verify trace documentation and ensure accuracy of all shipment-related paperwork
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with maintenance release documentation including:
- FAA 8130 forms
- EASA Form One certificates
- Ensure compliance with ATA 106 and ATA 300 specifications
- Enter, verify, and validate data accuracy within the DASI database system
- Assist in organizing daily workflow and ensuring team members understand assigned duties and responsibilities
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to operational and quality standards
- Identify team or process issues and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective support
- Train and onboard new employees to ensure proper role understanding and performance readiness
- Oversee daily outbound operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met
- Assist with scheduling and timecard approvals as needed
- Support the Quality Assurance department with continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
QualificationsRequired:- Associate degree in a related field OR 3+ years of directly related aviation/MRO experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Prior supervisory or lead experience required
- Experience in aviation warehouse, MRO, or parts distribution environment
- Ability to perform light to moderate lifting
- Computer literate with proficiency in operational systems
Preferred Skills:- College or technical school education a plus
- Knowledge of ASA-100 and/or ISO quality standards a plus
