Job Description:
Candidate will report to the Sustainment Supply Strategy and Integration Senior Manager and provide team leadership and direction to the Site Standup, Warehousing, Item Analysts, Field Supply Representative and Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T) specialists. In this role, the Candidate will have overall responsibility for sustainment spares management for all sustainment supply programs including the Systems Design and Development/flight test Sustainment contracts. In this capacity, the candidate will be responsible for wholesale and retail inventory management using the LM Aero SAP system, the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and Goldesp. Additionally, he/she is responsible for PHS&T data as well as transportation and 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PL) warehouse management for sustainment supply support of the Air Systems. Candidate will oversee the Item Management function to include spares requirements, repair management, and distribution of spares to ensure support for SDD/Flight Test and Sustainment operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administering programs in accordance with company objectives, policies, and procedures; Participating in customer reviews and other key customer-driven events; Working closely with other functional departments to plan and organize data to ensure program performance. The candidate will conduct regularly scheduled internal management reviews and be responsible for meeting budget; schedule and performance goals using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Project Management skills. The candidate will have the responsibility for the selection of new employees, performance assessments, work assignments, and awards and recognition. In addition, the candidate must have demonstrated leadership and managerial experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a superior understanding of the requirements and priorities for the customer and Program IPTs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Supply Experience 8-10 years’ experience

- Package, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) knowledge 6-8 years’ experience

- Inventory Management Skills

- Technical Performance Mgt (Metrics Reporting) experience

- Risk Management experience

- Budget and Schedule Management experience
Desired Skills:
- Prior Supply Chain Management and development experience highly desirable

- Retail and Wholesale Supply Experience

- Ability to work in a high stress environment

- Strong Military Service-related experience in supply and transportation

- Knowledge of Gov Supply processes both shipboard and main operating level

- Knowledge/working with DLA, USTRANSCOM, and Depots

- Bachelors Degree or above in a technical Discipline, master’s degree preferred

- Reusable container management experience

- Packaging design experience

- SAP, ALIS, and Goldesp or other Warehouse Management System Experience

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of company level and customers

- Performance Based Logistics (PBL)/working knowledge or executed PBL agreements

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
