This position can be worked remotely from home with occasional travel to industry conferences and other business-related travel. About the Role
As a Senior Passenger Charter Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on demand charter flights — from quote to execution — ensuring a flawless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and manage a high-value client portfolio (UHNWI, corporate accounts, family offices, etc.)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through strategic networking and industry intelligence
- Build and deliver bespoke commercial offers and charter quotes in a competitive environment
- Negotiate, close, and manage contracts tailored to client needs with the highest service standards
- Oversee the complete charter process: from flight planning, aircraft sourcing, and coordination to post-flight follow-up
- Collaborate with flight operations, crew, and handling agents to ensure operational excellence
- Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant
- Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis)
- Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation
