As a Payments Product Lead, you will lead agile product teams to evolve the existing Payment experiences and products. You will drive your product mission forward, working with other product leads, IAG tech teams, Commercial Payments, Data & Analytics as well as external Payment Partners. As an inspiring leader, youll ensure Product teams are fully engaged and understand the goals they are working towards

About the role
  • Lead and manage Product teams, to ensure they are goal focussed, meeting deadlines and aligned with other teams
  • Accountable for Payment Product, from ideation to iteration, working as a team to define solutions, prioritise, measure and validate Product successes
  • Ensure our current payment platform is suitable and optimised for modern eCommerce and voice experiences, enabling the customer to make successful, safe and seamless payments within the confines of the existing technology
  • Lead execution of Payment changes across the entire existing BA selling suite, creating the vision for tactical change, working with the Payment Change Delivery Manager to create the strategy for transitioning the New Payment Platform into Payment Product ownership
  • Be a role model for Product Management, mentor and coach Product owners on Product Management techniques
  • Work with Commercial Payments and Data & Analytics to develop a robust product strategy - use this to inform decision making and prioritisation
  • Ensure all parties understand future Payment requirements and opportunity enablement, supporting the vision, strategy and prioritisation of initiatives
  • Lead Discovery projects, synthesising complex information to create clear concepts that communicate next steps for teams
  • Partner with data analysts, and IAG Tech to turn a vision into a reality
About you
  • Experienced Product Manager, working with agile development teams to build world class consumer facing products
  • Experience creating Product tactics (e.g. roadmaps, plans or a set of objectives to achieve an objective) and can demonstrate where you have taken new products to market
  • Experience working with data and insights to understand and measure the output of work
  • Focused on the end user, our customer and measures how our work makes a difference
  • Hyper-collaborative, you acknowledge how important teamwork is for long term success
  • Proven experience of business prioritisation and making trade-offs.
  • Understands business value led prioritisation and uses data to drive decisions
