JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Payroll Lead
Department: Accounting
Reports To: Payroll Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
· Research and resolve discrepancies.
· Process employee direct deposits.
· Process employee tax forms while being aware of tax compliance.
· Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
· Perform such other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
· Prepare various payroll reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
· High School diploma or equivalent required.
· Knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, and accounting principles.
· Computer literate with MS Office Package and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Experience with ADP Software.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English and write routine reports and correspondence.
