We&39;re looking for a Performance Manager to take the responsibility for the end to end processes associated with e-Commerce at Satair. In close alignment with our functions and internal stakeholders.

What the job is …

As a Performance Manager, you will work closely with our functions and our digital organization. You will manage and conduct analysis, modelling and documentation of Satair’s e-Commerce processes across multiple digital channels

You&39;ll be working at our headquarters in Amager, Copenhagen, as part of a dynamic international team, contributing to the future of our cutting-edge platform.

Your responsibilities with our new E-Commerce & Digital Channels team are characterized by;

• You will be responsible for modelling, documenting and analyzing processes, as well  as ensuring updated correct documentation of process, procedures and ways of working

• You will manage the internal alignment with other functional areas; Customer Resolution Services, Product Management, Operations, as well as the IT and Digital teams

• Responsible for training on new processes and documentation to process specialists across the functions 

• You will be an active  engaged member of  Satair process specialists network

• Working closely with process owner delegates to identify, define, document, measure & improve processes

• Manage and orchestra the UAT tests of e-commerce implementations as well as other test requirements as needed

• Providing extensive insights into the processes as an “insider” with experience performing the processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Product Management, Marketing and Customer service) to continuous improve our channels sales efforts

We believe you should bring the contribution of:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital, business

• Experience with process management preferably in a digital setupin an industrial B2B environment

• Experience with process management tools.

• Experience of agile and/or waterfall methodologies for business and digital development

• Experience with driving new process implementation, incl UAT, Training and follow-up

• Good understanding of change management disciplines
