- Permanent contract.
- 40 working hours/week, including shifts during weekends.
- 2 days off per week.

ABOUT YOU- Strong administration & organizational skills - comfortable with technology.
- Can think things through logically to simplify tasks, working at times virtually/wholly independently.
- Easily adapts to a variety of changes, to new ways of working, and quickly react to operational issues.
- Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture.
- Fluent in verbal and written English and Thai. Additional languages will be advantageous.
- A collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & required behaviors.
ABOUT THE JOB- Managing and leading a team of direct reports, ensuring efficient and effective processes that include constant collaboration and coordination between the team members.
- Distributing and assigning tasks to the team while overseeing planning requests received by Source Markets, Cruise companies and third party clients.
- Ensure that the transport planning system (Ermes) is being updated in a timely manner.
- Optimizing cost planning accordingly with budget.
- Supervise communications with Destinations and Ops Hub areas to ensure best practices and continuous feedback during operations.
