Essential Responsibilities: 

• Drive and implement process improvements within the entire supply chain 
• Manage and own business relationships with supplier senior leadership 
• Manage all Procurement activities business/organizational planning, budget and strategy for North America and Asia 
• Ensure full compliance to Daher’s processes/procedures for all Procurement activities 
• Responsible for delivering performance on cost and quality improvements 
• Create and manage in region budget to support supply chain and drive compliance for all KPIs 
• Risk assess and develop North American/Asia dual source opportunities 
• Establish strategic supplier plan to leverage buying power 
• Ensure training/development for procurement team members 
• Schedule executive level program reviews both internally and with key strategic suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sourcing; including Purchasing Strategy, Supplier panel consolidation, Contractualization, reliable budget forecasting and Savings (RC/NRC) implementation & Reporting
• Minimum 5 years of Aerospace Purchasing experience
• Technical metallic and composite knowledge: processes knowledges, aerospace supplier panel knowledges, being able to read a drawing properly
• Flowchart analysis knowledge: identify internal/external flowchart to build consolidated RFQ with additional added value to BCC countries, Total Cost of Ownership analysis.
• Global Best Cost Country Sourcing experience is required, multicontinental preferred.
• Able to work with multicultural teams, primarily US and European based teams
• Able to work as a team in a matrixed organization, working as a team player with both dotted line as well as  clear decisional reporting to full line team.
• Good management skills, able to prioritize and represent Purchasing during Executive level meetings
• Financial knowledges to manage properly Savings budget and cost function of its team
• Supply Chain & Quality knowledge to be able to challenge Supplier Performance Manager

Profile and other information related to the position

• Compensation is $175,000 - $195,000 base salary plus annual target bonus. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
