Product Manager M/F

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Product Manager (m/f) to join our Digital Employee Services department based in Toulouse, France. 

You will be part of a team developing the Employee Survey product. Within the Learning, Talent, and Survey Management group, you will be involved in managing survey campaigns and monitoring the development of the next generation of products aimed at implementing the company&39;s new strategy.

Your challenges: 

• Contribute to the success of My Working Environment and Voice of Employees campaigns to capture important feedback from Employees

• Manage the Life cycle surveys already defined and contribute to the definition of new ones

• Setup Ad-hoc surveys requested by the business

• Ensure that digital solutions to capture feedback from Employees used within the group are compliant with Airbus standards and fits to end users needs

• Be part of HIMalaya as Product Manager and co-lead Voice of Employees product with HR Product Owner

• Prepare the future by implementing Make & Buy Proove of Concept.

Your boarding pass: 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Confirmed experience in Project/Product Management in Agile environment

• Knowledge of IM/IT area to ensure application integration in Airbus landscape

• Strong knowledge/experience in Knowledge Management

• Business acumen and customer mind-set

• Strong customer relationship skills

• Change and transformation mind-set end experience

• Communication skills

• Advanced level of English. French would be a plus. 

Salary range: 

Salary range based on the required profile: 45 to 55K/year (including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication.
