• We’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape and scale innovative data‑driven and AI‑enabled products across our portfolio, with a strong focus on high‑volume data platforms, intelligent automation, and real‑time decision support in regulated, mission‑critical environments.
• This role is ideal for a Product Manager who is excited about working at the intersection of data, APIs, and AI, using modern tools to accelerate discovery, decision‑making, and product delivery - and who can translate complex data flows and regulatory requirements into actionable, high‑value customer outcomes.
• You will work on products such as API‑PNR Gateway, and related data platforms, contributing to capabilities that enable secure data exchange, compliance with government regulations, and real‑time operational insights for customers globally. These platforms are embedded in every check‑in and boarding interaction across a network of more than 700 connected airlines and more than 60 governments, generating rich, high‑volume datasets that power operational intelligence, compliance processes, and advanced analytics.
• You will join at a formative stage of product evolution, contributing to product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition, while working closely with internal teams and selected customers to validate concepts and prioritize high‑impact opportunities. The scope spans multiple domains, emphasizing scalability, performance, interoperability, security, and compliance.
• You’ll be part of a cross functional portfolio covering product management, solution definition, and technology. This collaborative setup ensures strong alignment between customer needs, solution design, and technical execution. Together, you’ll ensure customer needs, technology opportunities, and business priorities remain tightly aligned.

• Lead product discovery to identify customer problems and opportunities related to data exchange, compliance, and operational decision making, leveraging AI enabled tools to accelerate insight generation
• Define and clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with portfolio and business objectives
• Translate complex data flows, regulatory requirements, and customer business processes into clear, prioritized product requirements and roadmaps
• Work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to drive agile delivery of scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms
• Apply AI across the product lifecycle — including data analysis, pattern identification, requirements exploration, prototyping support, and decision support
• Build business cases and value propositions, including leveraging large‑scale operational datasets to generate actionable insights and differentiated customer value
• Partner with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to shape go‑to‑spanet narratives, positioning, and messaging for data and platform capabilities
• Support sales and bid teams during government and enterprise tenders, acting as a subject‑matter expert in data products, APIs, and compliance‑driven solutions
• Define and track product success metrics, including adoption, transaction volumes, performance, data utilization, compliance alignment, and business impact Continuously assess spanet trends, regulatory changes (e.g. passenger data, border security), and emerging technologies (particularly AI and data platforms)
• Engage with a global network of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring real‑world feedback informs continuous product improvement

• Domain knowledge or prior exposure to border management, travel technology, passenger data (API/PNR) or identity solutions
• Experience working with API driven, data intensive platforms or high volume transaction systems
• Experience with platform‑based products or complex, distributed architectures
• Background in regulated industries (e.g. government, transportation, security, critical infrastructure), with an appreciation for compliance, policy, and data governance
• A genuine curiosity and interest in travel, border, identity, and data ecosystems, and how they shape operational workflows and user journeys
• Experience collaborating with UX teams or applying UX and usability principles in product discovery
• Ability to create lightweight prototypes or concepts (using low‑code, no‑code, or AI‑assisted tools) to support early validation
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics, data exploration, or prototyping workflows
