Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First Line Products and Quality Managers (Level K) to join the Preflight and Delivery Team in Everett, WA. This position is available for 3rd shift.
This position requires a critical thinker with strong business acumen, who is passionate about coaching, and eager to drive cultural change within the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of employees responsible for evaluating and ensuring that products, services, and processes meet customer contract requirements, engineering standards, company procedures, and government regulations
Develop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures aimed at enhancing performance and quality outcomes
Create and execute organizational and technical strategies that promote continuous improvement and operational excellence
Provide education and coaching on the Quality System, empowering team members to understand and uphold quality standards
Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance and safety
Acquire and manage resources efficiently, leading initiatives that drive process improvements and optimize performance
Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports to foster collaboration and success
Inspire, develop, and motivate employees, cultivating a high-performance culture that embraces change and encourages professional growth
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work in Everett, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
3+ years of experience leading or managing multi-functional teams within a Quality Management environment
3+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams
1+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
Must be willing and able to work any shift (Must be able & willing to work various shifts and/or an alternate baseline schedule that may frequently change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays; mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience in a production/factory environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
High energy and enthusiasm for driving cultural change and improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Solid business acumen with a proven ability to develop and execute successful strategies
A&P license
Shift:
This role is primarily 3rd shift; however, you may be required to work off shift, weekends and holidays in support of the facilities work statement as needed. You must participate in a weekend rotation, approximately one (1) every 6 weeks.

This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) random drug and alcohol testing.

Summary pay range: $136,000 - $156,400
