We are a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team. This role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees daily manufacturing activities on the assembly floor.

• Manage daily production operations to meet schedule, quality, and cost goals
• Prioritize and direct workflow across the assembly floor
• Train, support, and evaluate production employees
• Lead onboarding and ensure clear communication of expectations
• Monitor progress and resolve production issues quickly
• Coordinate cross‑functionally to meet customer demands
• Review and process production jobs, including expedited orders
• Conduct regular employee evaluations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• 7–10 years aerospace or medical manufacturing experience (preferred)
• 3–5 years managing teams of 5+ employees
• IPC‑610/620 certification a plus
• Strong computer skills (Office Suite, ERP, CRM)
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities
• Ability to present and communicate clearly
• English fluency; bilingual candidates preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Will get upon request Will receive PTO and bonus based on company performance.

This is a fully onsite position in Centennial,CO.
