Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaboration Dynamo: Be the bridge between teams, clearing production hurdles, and ensuring on-time deliveries to manufacturing sites.
• Team Motivator: Lead, inspire, and support employees across the Program, Manufacturing Sites, and Production Operations.
• Innovation Driver: Spearhead the strategy and execution of Make or Buy and Make or Make changes and other process improvement projects.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong connections across multiple production sites and PMTs fostering mutually beneficial strategies and seamless collaboration (periodic travel required).
• Risk Taker: Foster an environment that embraces calculated risk-taking, pushing the boundaries of manufacturing, and implementing products designed for efficiency.
• Integrated Thinker: Develop an integrated approach across IAMD, supporting both Lower and Upper Tier Affordability strategies and partnerships.

Basic Qualifications:
• Security Clearance: Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.
• Production Expertise: A clear understanding of Lockheed Martins production processes.
• Dynamic Performer: Demonstrated exceptional performance in Operations, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
• Digital Fluency: Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
• Servant Leader: Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, excelling in collaborative environments.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of developing and confidently presenting communication packages to diverse audiences at various organizational levels, both in written and verbal form.
Desired Skills:
• Leadership Excellence: Proven experience as a Team Leader for a PMT or equivalent leadership role, adept at leading and motivating large and diverse teams or matrix organizations.
• Multifaceted Expertise: Extensive experience across multiple functional disciplines including manufacturing, quality, and engineering.
• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in a range of key tools: SAP, Apriso, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), M365 (Teams), Tableau, and Database Management, with a strong focus on Data Analytics.
• Results-Driven: Thrives on change, with a proven track record in driving results and fostering a culture of accountability for shaping future business outcomes.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IAMD products as well as experience with other business units and programs.
• Educational Background: Holds a degree in Engineering/Technical related fields.
• Relationship Builder: Boasts existing enduring business relationships with Program Office, Engineering and Technology, Manufacturing Sites, Global Supply Chain (GSC), and contract personnel.
• Production Proficiency: Possesses hands-on experience in Production Site, Line of Business, and Manufacturing.
• Motivator: Skilled in boosting team morale, motivating team members, organizing recognition events, and igniting team engagement.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
