STS Technical Services is actively hiring a Production Supervisor to join our client’s growing team in Toledo, Ohio. In this role, you’ll lead production floor operations, drive quality standards, and ensure efficiency across teams. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily activities of production and operating workers to ensure optimal performance and product quality. You’ll be responsible for workforce management, equipment performance, and production output, reporting directly to plant leadership.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of production staff
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and product quality
• Motivate and lead employees to meet or exceed production goals
• Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production challenges
• Implement and monitor production tracking and quality control systems
• Analyze production, maintenance, and quality reports to identify trends and address issues
• Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff while resolving personnel concerns
• Prepare and maintain detailed production records and personnel files

• Prior experience in a production leadership role required
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement process improvements
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with production tracking systems and reporting tools
