Supervise and coordinate the staff in charge, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and business process policies and/or objectives through planning, organization, inspection of activities and management of personnel through teamwork in order to guarantee the optimal performance of your work group1.Manage the safety performance of your work group, ensuring compliance with EHS systems to guarantee a safe and risk-free area.2.Participate in and ensure compliance with safety projects and guidelines. 3.Encourage and participate in continuous improvement projects, considering the scope of your job.4.Ensure the quality performance of your work group by implementing and monitoring the quality system and promoting continuous improvement to guarantee customer satisfaction.5.Manage the financial performance of your work group by ensuring the operational efficiency of personnel, supplies, machinery, and tools, managing overtime, and promoting continuous improvement of products and processes to guarantee the competitiveness and efficiency of the business unit
Job Requirements:

EDUCATION-University degree in Engineering with professional title.ENGLISH LEVEL-Basic English.EXPERIENCE-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.COMPUTER SKILLS-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Experience with ERP systems
